The Anatomy
of Pleasure
A free mini-course about your incredible genital universe

Understanding the anatomy of arousal is the first step in learning how sex and pleasure work for you. Our mini-course takes you through everything from what the clitoris really looks like, to the science behind female erection.

By the end, you will have learned:

  • all about the different elements of your genital universe - how they function, interact, and give you pleasure.

  • techniques beyond touch - like visualization, breath and movement - to deepen your sexual experiences.

  • how to explore sensation in different parts of your body, and stimulate your sexual arousal.

  • an extensive vocabulary to talk about what you enjoy (and what you don't).

FAQs

WHO IS THIS COURSE AVAILABLE TO?

This mini-course focuses primarily on how arousal works in female physiology, so it’s most relevant to vulva owners. However, anyone who identifies as a woman, or has a vulva, is welcome to join this course.

WHAT DO THE PRACTICES INVOLVE?

This course includes two practices - one visualization practice, and one breath practice. Neither involve any nakedness or self-pleasuring. These practices are designed to guide you to connect to your body, become more aware of sensations that you are feeling, and deepen your sexual experiences. Our coach will guide you through these practices during the live event. You will also get them in audio format, so you can do them on your own - as often as you like.

DO I HAVE TO SHARE MY OWN EXPERIENCE WITH OTHERS?

No. Connecting with others and learning from them is a core part of our approach, but we know that not everyone will feel comfortable sharing their own experiences. During the live event you can send in questions anonymously - or just listen and learn from others.

WILL I MISS OUT IF I DON’T HAVE A SEXUAL PARTNER?

Definitely not! While part of this mini-course and our 6-month program includes learning how to connect with sexual partners (current or future) and communicate your needs and desires, the aim is for you to explore your own experiences, challenges, and personal desires, so that you can understand and enjoy your individual sexuality. With that in mind, we’ve also designed all the practices to be done by yourself.

HOW DOES THE MINI-COURSE RELATE TO YOUR PAID PROGRAM?

We’re a feminist, non-profit organization and our goal purpose is to make celebratory sexuality and relationship education more accessible for everyone. We’ve created ‘The Anatomy of Pleasure’ as a standalone course so that even if you don’t join the 6-month paid program, you can still access some top-notch positive pedagogy.
The mini-course also gives a taste of the kind of what it will be like to participate in our full program. If you are interested in our 6-month program, then this is the perfect way to start your sexploration journey.

You won’t be asked to provide any payment details to join this course, and there’s no pressure to join our paid program after it ends.

It was totally demystifying! I am a doctor and there were so many elements I didn’t know about - neither about their function nor their existence. The presentation made it not shameful at all. It made me see how our genitals are like any other part of our body, and now I can look people in the eye and talk about them.
